400 Keawe Grand Open Event

Team Vision was responsible for all aspects of the 400 Keawe Grand Opening from event planning to advertising programs to public relations.  Email invitations were sent out to our V.I.P. Web Advanatage Program members, flyers were passed out to Kaka’ako businesses, social media and online advertising programs were put in place with unique hashtags, print and radio advertising campaigns were executed in the weeks leading up to the event, and local television and print media were targeted through press releases.   In keeping with the character of Kaka’ako,  the food was provided by local food truck vendors, and entertainment was provided by 102.7 DaBomb and a live radio remote with Hawaiian Ryan.

The community turnout exceeded client expectations and the media turnout was exceptional as well with three television stations and all major print media coming out to cover the event and interview Castle & Cooke executives.
