400 Keawe – Paid and Organic Search Results

400 Keawe is a unique low-rise condominium project located in the heart of the up-and-coming neighborhood of Kaka’ako.  In addition to developing the brand and traditional advertising programs for 400 Keawe, Castle & Cooke tasked us with developing online banner advertising campaigns, re-marketing programs and organic search engine optimization. The results below speak for themselves.

Prior to initiating our search engine optimization (SEO) program, 400 Keawe did not appear at all on the first five pages of Google’s organic search results.  The results you see above were achieved within just 3 weeks after launching our SEO program – and this was for the very highly competitive keyword search of “Kakaako Real Estate.”   As shown, after our optimizations, 400 Keawe held the #1 position for paid ads, the #1 position for local organic search results, and appeared on page 1 of the non-local organic search results (3 results on page 1 ).  To achieve these results, we did a complete analysis and daily ongoing optimizations of all 400 Keawe online marketing materials, which included web site content, page titles and other optimizations, Google Plus page optimizations, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest optimizations, and more.  We have been able to achieve similar results for Team Vision’s web site as well as for our other clients who contracted us for organic search engine optimization.
