Ke Kailani is an exclusive luxury real estate community located in the Mauna Lani Resort area on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii’s Big Island. As part of our rebranding process for Ke Kailani, we developed this elegant, upscale lifestyle brochure. A new logo design and color palette were developed as part of the brand identity package. A luxury lifestyle photo shoot was conducted. A new theme and story line were developed to make sure the benefits of privacy, exclusivity, and luxury were properly conveyed. Graphic design elements were created and extended across all materials, including Ke Kailani’s new signature loyal blue wave pattern which you see here on the brochure cover. Finally, high end materials, textured papers, a front cover debossed logo, and metallic inks were incorporated into the piece to provide the high quality feel that Ke Kailani buyers will appreciate.
