Job Description: The position of Digital Marketing Coordinator (DMC) at Team Vision requires someone who can manage a variety of projects and clients. The DMC will be assigned to work on certain clients’ day-to-day accounts and marketing programs, including website development and maintenance, digital advertising programs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and social media marketing.. The DMC should have good writing skills and will be required to write content for client websites, newsletters, and social media programs. DMC must be an excellent multitasker with the ability to juggle projects while keeping everything on budget and schedule.
Your Skills
- 1- 2 years of professional experience in a marketing agency, digital agency, or similar client-side role.
- Ability to tell compelling stories with ads, posts, and images.
- Insights on the latest digital trends and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), best practices and trends, and reporting tools.
- Experience coordinating content for paid digital advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience with Canva, Sprout Social, Adobe Premier, ChatGPT, and CapCut (or similar video editing software) are all a plus.
- Experience maintaining websites through custom and third-party CMS’s such as WordPress is a plus.
- Experience using social media and digital advertising analytics tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with good storytelling instincts.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, patience, good judgment, and flexibility in their work.
- Must work well under pressure both autonomously as well as part of a team.
Work Details: This is a full-time hybrid position working both remotely and in the office. Candidate must live in Hawaii. 2 weeks paid vacation. The company offers full medical, dental, drug, and vision benefits through HMSA. Paid Holidays and paid sick leave.

We are seeking a candidate who has a minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience and preferably has worked on real estate and travel industry accounts. Previous experience working for an advertising agency or graphic design firm is a plus. The ideal candidate should have a broad range of design experience, including print advertising design, brochure and collateral design, sign design, web, and digital advertising design (Facebook, Instagram, and Google display ads. The Designer will be responsible for concept, design/layout, and production. Previous experience working with printers and sign manufacturers from concept to final printing/fabrication is preferred. We do have an in-house production manager to assist the designer in these areas.

We work in a very fast-paced environment, so the candidate must be a self-starter, flexible, and have the ability to handle multiple active jobs under pressure on a daily basis. Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and print knowledge required. Experience in photography and video production is a plus, but not required.
Strong illustration skills and real estate/ travel industry experience are very helpful.

ADVERTISING AGENCY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES
Team Vision Marketing is seeking account executives (senior and junior) with a minimum of 3 years of experience working for an integrated marketing or advertising agency, a digital marketing agency, or related. The candidate should also have experience managing integrated marketing campaigns for travel industry clients (hotels, attractions, timeshare), real estate industry clients, or both. We are looking for junior Account Executives (3 Years Exp.) and Senior Account Executives/ Supervisors (5+ years relevant experience).
Responsibilities
- Client Management (proposals, client strategy development, budget maintenance, presentations, meetings management, client reports, etc.)
- Marketing Plan Development, Implementation, and Goals Accountability
- Staff Management – Develop overall marketing program strategies (online and offline), assign responsibilities to agency team members, coordinate timelines and budgets, and ultimately make sure programs are completed on time and on budget.
