400 Keawe Print Ad Campaign
400 Keawe is a unique and vibrant low-rise condominium located in the heart of Kaka’ako – one of Honolulu’s most desirable and rapidly growing neighborhoods. Beginning with the naming, color palette and logo design, we quickly expanded those themes into fully-integrated marketing programs.
We started by developing the brand imagery for 400 Keawe with a lifestyle photoshoot focused on the development’s key selling features – the Kaka’ako community amenities such as parks, beaches, trendy shops and restaurants, and much more. We then developed a series of lifestyle driven print ads designed to target Hawaii residents looking for a more “Convenient” lifestyle, where they can live close to their work location in town, and also within close proximity to all of their favorite things to do.
