400 Keawe – Social Media Promotion

Castle & Cooke Homes was in need of a marketing campaign designed to help generate new exposure for its 400 Keawe in Kakaako condo project.  With only 20% of inventory remaining, the majority of the Oahu target market had been reached by various marketing programs over the past year.  To generate new interest, Team Vision recommended an online promotion which included Search Optimization, Banner Ads and a comprehensive social media program.

For the social media component, we coordinated a short term Facebook and Instagram integrated ad campaign consisting of both organic posts and paid ads.  We kept the graphics lifestyle and people-centric with a collage-style layout to gain more traction and views from social media users.  This campaign generated an average of 1,500 unique visitors to the Castle & Cooke web site per day, resulted in over 300 online registrations, and created a significant bump in sales over  a ten day period.
