LUANA AT KOA RIDGE BROCHURE DESIGN

Following the successful release of Nanea at Koa Ridge homes was the launch of the highly anticipated Luana home series. For Luana, we designed this elegant and minimalistic brochure. The objective for the design was to keep the brand look consistent with the Nanea brochure design (in order to create a family of brochures) but to add some distinctive design elements that would give the Luana brochure it’s own unique personality and look. The featured brochure design integrated the brand color palette established for the Luana neighborhood as well as the Lau Koa (Koa leaf) pattern used for the overall Koa Ridge community branding.
