400 Keawe Integrated Marketing Campaign

400 Keawe is a unique and vibrant mid-rise condominium real estate project located in the heart of the up-and-coming Kaka’ako neighborhood.  Beginning with the naming, color palette and logo design, we quickly expanded those themes  into fully-integrated marketing programs.

Castle & Cooke was introducing a new Kakaako condominium real estate building and relied on Team Vision to help with the marketing and promotion. We started by creating the look and feel for 400 Keawe with a lifestyle photoshoot, logo, brand concept, and various events designed to increase positive media exposure throughout the community. This campaign’s components included collateral/ brochure pieces, eNewsletter layouts and distribution, print and radio ads, website and touchscreen display development for an interactive sales office experience, and sales office interior design.
