Koa Ridge Lifestyle Photoshoot – Castle & Cooke Hawai’i
Koa Ridge by Castle & Cooke is Hawai’i’s first surban master-planned community, which blends the energy of urban living with the space and walkability of a suburban neighborhood. As Castle & Cooke’s full-service marketing agency, Team Vision recommended that it was time to refresh Koa Ridge’s brand image with new lifestyle photography and videos. We were responsible for concepts and putting together the photo and video storyboards, selecting models, specifiying clothing and props, scouting locations, and overseeing the creative direction and production.
The new lifestyle photo and video shoot portrayed the various activities that the key demographic of local families will enjoy at Koa Ridge. These new Hawai’i lifestyle images and video scenes were used to enhance various Koa Ridge marketing materials, including print advertising, videos, websites, brochures and collateral, social media campaigns, and more.
