Big Island Client: Ke Kailani Integrated Marketing Campaign
The sun-kissed Kohala Coast of the Big Island is a destination of immeasurable beauty, a sanctuary of nature’s elements in perfect harmony. Located within this paradise, on an exquisite oceanfront parcel of land in the world-renowned Mauna Lanai Resort area, you’ll find Ke Kailani.
The objective of this image driven integrated marketing campaign was to break through the clutter and to speak directly to ultra-affluent customers looking for the ultimate luxury resort lifestyle. This campaign included print magazine advertisements, geo-targeted Facebook and Instagram sponsored ads, retargeting ads, and Google Ad Network banner ads – all designed to reach Ke Kailani’s affluent customer profile.
As part of an overall brand re-launch campaign, all supporting marketing materials were also redeveloped, including the logo, print advertising campaigns, brochures and collateral, web site, online marketing materials, social media campaigns, and community signage. The end result is a totally fresh, modern and elegant look.

After a period of time on the market, Ke Kailani decided to update their brand identity, and they called on Team Vision Marketing. We started with a new theme, color palette, and lifestyle brand photography, and we then integrated those elements across a complete brand re-launch campaign. All marketing materials were redeveloped, including the logo, print advertising campaigns, brochures and collateral, web site, online marketing materials, social media campaigns, sales office displays and community signage. The end result was a totally fresh, modern and elegant look.

Maui Advertising Clients: Wailele Ridge Branding Campaign
At the gateway to Kapalua, and just minutes from dining and shopping in historic Lahaina town and Ka’anapali, Maui, you’ll find a very special place named Wailele Ridge. The community offers panoramic ocean views extend all the way to Moloka’i and Lana’i. The homes of Wailele Ridge will blend contemporary design and amenities like a poolside fitness center, fire pits and family barbecue areas, with a timeless tropical setting.
For the Wailele Ridge Maui Real Estate project, Team Vision developed the brand from the ground up, including naming, brand photography, logo design, sales office design, brochure and collateral development, and online/offline advertising programs.

Honua Kai
Honua Kai – Whale Adventure Integrated Marketing Campaign
Located on Maui’s renowned Kaanapali North Beach, Honua Kai Resort and Spa is a luxury condominium resort offering 1-3 bedroom suites with first-class hotel services. The Resort is located directly on Ka’anapali North Beach which provides for endless outdoor fun, along with the resort’s 3-acre aquatic playground.
As the full service marketing agency for Honua Kai, it is our job to consistently develop new creative ideas to break through the clutter. This integrated marketing campaign included sponsored Facebooks and Instagram ads that combined a dramatic image and clever headline to draw attention to the whale package, while also communicating one of Honua Kai’s key benefits – extra large suites. In addition to social media, the campaign was supported by international print advertising and online banner ads that utilized the same imagery and headline.
