400 Keawe
400 Keawe – Social Media Promotion
Castle & Cooke Homes was in need of a marketing campaign designed to help generate new exposure for its 400 Keawe in Kakaako condo project. With only 20% of inventory remaining, the majority of the Oahu target market had been reached by various marketing programs over the past year. To generate new interest, Team Vision recommended an online promotion which included Search Optimization, Banner Ads and a comprehensive social media program.
For the social media component, we coordinated a short term Facebook and Instagram integrated ad campaign consisting of both organic posts and paid ads. We kept the graphics lifestyle and people-centric with a collage-style layout to gain more traction and views from social media users. This campaign generated an average of 1,500 unique visitors to the Castle & Cooke web site per day, resulted in over 300 online registrations, and created a significant bump in sales over a ten day period.

400 Keawe Lifestyle Shoot
Brand Photography: 400 Keawe is a unique low-rise condominium project located in the heart of the up-and-coming neighborhood of Kaka’ako. Castle & Cooke tasked us with creating the brand for this project starting with the name, logo design and color palette, and eventually moving into the lifestyle photography concepts. One of the primary objectives of the photo shoot was to communicate all of the great benefits there are to living in Kaka’ako, and all of the free amenities that already exist within this growing community. Our primary target market was made up of 20-30 somethings which is what we focused on for this shoot. The following are some of the key images we captured to bring 400 Keawe to life.

Each year, we are honored to be tasked by Castle & Cooke to execute their company Holiday Video. When Castle & Cooke decided to take this year’s annual Holiday card to the next level this, we were delighted they called on us. This Year’s “Building a Gingerbread House” concept proved to be entertaining and full of laughs. We hope you like it!

Pu’uwai Place
Pu’uwai Place – Grand Open Event
For over 20 years, Team Vision has worked with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii on launching each of their new real estate communities. Team Vision handled all marketing for the launch of Pu’uwai Place, from naming and brand identity development, to web site design, sales office design and interactive touchscreen displays, online marketing, offline marketing, brochure and collateral design, public relations and events. For the launch of Pu’uwai Place, a Grand Opening event was planned months in advance. The event included food vendors and food trucks, games, prizes and giveaways, and sales presentations on multiple interactive touchscreens. The primary media promoting the event included print advertising, direct mail to neighboring community zip codes, and a comprehensive Facebook and Instagram advertising campaign. Over 400 people attended the 3 hour event, exceeding the client’s expectations.

For nearly 20 years, we have worked with Castle & Cooke on launching each of their new communities from naming and logo design to the final press release when the projects sell out. For each neighborhood, we are responsible for developing the sales office design theme, interior layout and furniture plan, and design and fabrication of the various sales displays.
