Castle & Cooke’s Pu’uwai Place – Geo-fence Social Media Campaign
For this new product launch, Castle & Cooke Hawaii wanted to hold a Sneak Preview event exclusively for Waipahu area residents to get a first look at the new residential development in their neighborhood. Therefore, our marketing efforts needed to be highly targeted to a single region, and we also needed to saturate that region in order to produce a large event turnout. The primary driver of our event announcement campaign was a geo-fence social media program, which allowed us to isolate the Waipahu area zip code and serve up paid Facebook and Instagram ads to users only in that specific location. The social media campaign was supported by a print direct mailer that was distributed to the Waipahu area zip code. The end result was that over 300 people attended the 3 hour event, exceeding client expectations (and ours).

Big Island Client: Ke Kailani Integrated Marketing Campaign
The sun-kissed Kohala Coast of the Big Island is a destination of immeasurable beauty, a sanctuary of nature’s elements in perfect harmony. Located within this paradise, on an exquisite oceanfront parcel of land in the world-renowned Mauna Lanai Resort area, you’ll find Ke Kailani.
The objective of this image driven integrated marketing campaign was to break through the clutter and to speak directly to ultra-affluent customers looking for the ultimate luxury resort lifestyle. This campaign included print magazine advertisements, geo-targeted Facebook and Instagram sponsored ads, retargeting ads, and Google Ad Network banner ads – all designed to reach Ke Kailani’s affluent customer profile.
As part of an overall brand re-launch campaign, all supporting marketing materials were also redeveloped, including the logo, print advertising campaigns, brochures and collateral, web site, online marketing materials, social media campaigns, and community signage. The end result is a totally fresh, modern and elegant look.

Integrated Marketing Campaign – “Last Chance to Own”
The objective of this featured integrated advertising and marketing campaign was to announce to the key target markets that this is their last chance to own at Pu’uwai Place, Castle and Cooke’s newest real estate neighborhood in Waipahu, Hawaii. The campaign also promoted a $10,000 closing credit cost incentive.
This campaign’s advertising design incorporates an attractive streetscape photograph that showcases Pu’uwai Place as a completed and thriving community. The “Last Chance” and limited time “$10,000 Closing Credit” headlines create a sense of urgency for the remaining available homes. This campaign includes sponsored Facebook and Instagram ads, a direct mail campaign, and Google display and remarketing banner ads.

400 Keawe – Social Media Promotion
Castle & Cooke Homes was in need of a marketing campaign designed to help generate new exposure for its 400 Keawe in Kakaako condo project. With only 20% of inventory remaining, the majority of the Oahu target market had been reached by various marketing programs over the past year. To generate new interest, Team Vision recommended an online promotion which included Search Optimization, Banner Ads and a comprehensive social media program.
For the social media component, we coordinated a short term Facebook and Instagram integrated ad campaign consisting of both organic posts and paid ads. We kept the graphics lifestyle and people-centric with a collage-style layout to gain more traction and views from social media users. This campaign generated an average of 1,500 unique visitors to the Castle & Cooke web site per day, resulted in over 300 online registrations, and created a significant bump in sales over a ten day period.
