LUANA AT KOA RIDGE BRAND RADIO

This sixty-second brand radio commercial was developed for Castle & Cooke Hawaii’s release of Luana at Koa Ridge, their second new home series to be launched for this real estate marketing community.  The objectives of the spot were to introduce Luana at Koa Ridge and to also explain the concept of “surban”living – a combination of the conveniences of urban living but in a pretty and peaceful suburban location.

Team Vision Marketing and Castle Cooke Hawai’i have worked together for over 20 years on launching their new real estate communities.
