Koa Ridge
Koa Ridge – KAlāhikiola Park Opening event on oahu
Team Vision Marketing, in collaboration with Castle & Cooke, orchestrated the grand opening of Kalāhikiola Park at Koa Ridge, marking the community’s first park unveiling. This exclusive event, designed as a heartfelt gesture of gratitude to the homeowners, was a vibrant blend of local flavors and entertainment. Homeowners were treated to complimentary delicacies from renowned vendors like Asato Sherbert, Daily Whisk Matcha, and KC Waffle Dogs. The musical ambiance was set by the award-winning Bobby Moderow Jr., offering attendees a private concert experience. Young residents reveled in the Kid’s Zone, packed with engaging activities from face painting to carnival games. Additionally, a preview of the upcoming Village events was showcased through a mini–Farmer’s Market, spotlighting local favorites such as Mari’s Garden and Munchies & Mochi. The event was a testament to Koa Ridge’s community spirit, fostering connections and offering fun-filled activities for all age groups.

Ke Kailani – Social Media Ads
The sun-kissed Kohala Coast of the Big Island is a destination of immeasurable beauty, a sanctuary of Nature’s elements in perfect harmony. It is here, on an exquisite oceanfront parcel of land within world-renowned Mauna Lani Resort Area where you’ll find Ke Kailani. The Hunt Development Group tasked Team Vision to re-fresh the Ke Kailani brand and to develop marketing programs. The social media ads below are a part of the overall brand re-launch program.
For the social media component of the integrated marketing program, we came up with an intriguing headline coupled with a dramatic lifestyle photograph and carried this across all online and offline ads. The graphics shown above were incorporated into a paid social media campaign targeting specific markets and buyers most inclined to purchase luxury real estate on the Big Island of Hawaii. The online campaign is also supported by national print ads, collateral pieces, a newly refreshed website, and all new sales office design.

Pink Sails Waikiki – Digital Video Advertising
Pink Sails Waikiki is one of Hawaii’s favorite visitor attractions offering daily sailing tours and cruises that include whale watching, turtle snorkeling, and Friday night fireworks cruises. Team Vision Marketing handles the companyʻs full-service marketing needs covering everything from traditional print ads and brochure design to branding, web design, digital advertising management, SEO, and social media management.
After becoming the agency of record for Pink Sails Waikiki, we worked to revamp their website, we launched all-new video advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, and elevated the client’s social media program to bring it up to their brand guidelines standards. This video above is an example of a 30-video advertising the client’s Turtle Snorkeling Adventure which drives direct bookings through their website. A series of videos were developed for each package and became part of a sponsored ad campaign that geo-targets visitors staying in the Waikiki and neighboring areas.
