This campaign consisted of paid search engine marketing, Google text ads, Google display ads, and Facebook ads. The ad creative features a fresh, simplistic design that puts the main focus on this rare limited time carpet deal with an eye-catching headline and for the Google display ads, we added bullet points that draw in the target audience to visit the Wayne’s Flooring website to take advantage of this deal quickly.

Wailele Ridge Brand Ad
At the gateway to Kapalua, and just minutes from dining and shopping in historic Lahaina town and Ka’anapali, you’ll find a very special place named Wailele Ridge. The community offers panoramic ocean views extend all the way to Moloka’i and Lana’i. The homes of Wailele Ridge will blend contemporary design and amenities like a poolside fitness center, fire pits and family barbecue areas, with a timeless tropical setting.
For the Wailele Ridge Maui Real Estate project, Team Vision developed the brand from the ground up, including naming, logo design, brochure and collateral design and online/offline integrated marketing programs. The following brand ad was developed as part of an overall series of ads designed to introduce Wailele Ridge Maui to U.S. and International target markets via carefully selected travel and real estate publications.

Koa Ridge
Koa Ridge – Organic Branding Social Media Campaign
Developed by Castle & Cooke Hawai’i, Koa Ridge is Hawai’i’s first master-planned “Surban” community, which mixes the best of urban living within a suburban setting. For Koa Ridge, Castle & Cooke was inspired by the cultural significance of the ancient ‘okipu’u that once existed on the Koa Ridge lands. These man-made forest clearings let sunlight shine through the dense forest to create new living-giving life in the form of plants and other natural resources. Taking this “new circle of life” concept to heart, this innovative new community was designed to make way for families to live, grow, and thrive.
To help share this historical story, Team Vision created an impactful brand marketing campaign to post organically on social media. The campaign highlights significant elements that make up Koa Ridge’s brand identity, including the keiki Koa and the Lau Koa pattern, designed by local Hawaiian designer, Manaola Yap.
For the past 20 years, Team Vision Marketing provided full marketing services for each new Castle & Cooke real estate communities. For each new release, Team Vision helps create an entirely unique community brand identity, including photo shoots, print advertising, sales offices, events, website design, package design, social media marketing, and integrated online marketing.

Honua Kai Resort and Spa Social Media Video – Maui Clients
Located directly on Maui’s renowned Kaanapali North Beach, Honua Kai Resort and Spa is a luxury condominium resort featuring all-suite accommodations with first-class hotel services. The Luana Garden Villas is a new luxuxry townhome community built on the grounds of Honua Kai Resort & Spa, and now available for vacation rentals.
Team Vision Marketing, a full-service Hawaii advertising agency, developed this social media drone video for Honua Kai Resort & Spa’s new 3-bedroom luxury villas. The objective of the video was to showcase Luana Garden Villas indoor/outdoor living, exterior amenitis such as pools and landscaping, and to show the proximity of Luana Garden Villas to Honua Kai Resort and Spa and Ka’anapali Beach. This Maui drone video was published to Honua Kai’s Facebook and Instagram social media channels and to various pages of their web site.
