Queen’s North Hawaiʻi Community Hospital (NHCH) is a non-profit medical center on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, servicing 30,000 residents and visitors. A long-standing client of Team Vision Marketing, NHCH tasked Team Vision to create brand-new hospital uniforms with a clean, timeless, and elegant design. These new uniforms featured below will give the Queen’s North Hawaiʻi Community Hospital team a unique look from the other Hawaiʻi healthcare centers associated with The Queen’s Health Systems.

“WELCOME HOME” SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN – CASTLE & COOKE HAWAII

This featured “Welcome Home” organic social media marketing campaign was recently developed for Pu’uwai Place, Castle & Cooke Hawaii’s newest residential neighborhood. The objective of this social media campaign was to showcase the growing community of new homeowners and encourage the audience’s interest in joining the family of the Pu’uwai Place homeowners.

Team Vision Marketing photographed and posted a series of fun and eye-catching photos of the new Pu’uwai Place homeowners holding up a “Proud New Homeowner” house cutout on all of Castle & Cooke’s social media channels.

Team Vision Marketing and Castle Cooke have worked together for over 20 years on launching each of their new real estate communities. For each new community, Team Vision created the brand identity and expanded that program into the logo design, web site design, brochure and collateral programs, sales office design with interactive displays, and the offline and digital advertising and marketing programs.

Dole Plantation – Instagram Stories & Highlights

At Team Vision, we focus on developing creative story ideas for our social media clients by utilizing photo and video content as well as live video streams. A popular social media trend, Instagram Stories, includes photo and video content that users can post for 24 hours. This type of content is also available on other social media apps like Facebook and SnapChat. However, now Instagram allows its users to immortalize their stories by adding them to their profiles as “Highlights”. For the featured Instagram stories campaign below, we saw the opportunity to promote Dole Plantation’s brand by featuring recent photos and reposts of its many exciting attractions. Honua Kai Resort & Spa – Lifestyle Photo Shoot

Located on Maui’s renowned Kaanapali North Beach, Honua Kai Resort and Spa is a luxury condominium resort offering  1-3 bedroom suites with first-class hotel services.   Team Vision recently conducted an extensive product and lifestyle photo shoot as part of a new lifestyle advertising campaign primarily targeting US West Coast, Canadian and European visitors.

From initial shot concepts and model selections to location scouting, wardrobe and art direction, Team Vision Marketing handles all the finer details of your photo shoot.  For this photo shoot,  a large variety of high quality  lifestyle, rooms and amenities photographs were achieved which will serve as the foundation of a series of new magazine, web site, and online marketing campaigns.

Ke Kailani Real Estate Video

The sun-kissed Kohala Coast of the Big Island is a destination of immeasurable beauty, a sanctuary of nature’s elements in perfect harmony. Located within this paradise, on an exquisite oceanfront parcel of land in the world-renowned Mauna Lanai Resort area, you’ll find Ke Kailani.

Following the refresh of the Ke Kailani, including updates to the communities amenities, pools, entry area  and landscaping, Team Vision was tasked with concepting a community tour video to showcase the revitalization.  In collaboration with Jeffery Colon (drone shooter), we developed this aerial tour video of Ke Kailani.  In addition, we also created short version edits for social media posts and a television commercial.  This featured video was also integrated into the home page of the new Ke Kailani web site as well as the interactive touchscreen presentation in the Ke Kailani sales office.
