Maui Clients: Honua Kai – Snapchat Filter Design
Honua Kai Resort and Spa is a luxury condominium resort located on the beautiful Ka’anapali North Beach in Maui. This unique resort offers studio to three-bedroom suites with top-of-the-line amenities and first-class hotel services.
For this project, Team Vision Marketing designed a series of new Snapchat geo-filters for Honua Kai Resort & Spa. The purpose of the new filter is to expand the reach and engagement with the younger generation of resort guests as well as their older generations who embrace Snapchat usage. The new filter concept still has a fun, vacation feel, but with a more simplified design to give more window space for the actual user photos. The younger generations (primarily Millennials and Gen X) love to use local geo-filters on Snapchat to share their experiences in a fun and creative way. How Snapchat Geo-filters for Business Work: Team Vision Marketing provides you with a variety of Snapchat filter design concepts. You pick the ones you like best, and we will publish them for you. Next, you have a few options regarding the length of time your filter can run. You can publish a filter for just a few hours (i.e. for a wedding), a few days (i.e. for a conference or event) or for a month. You also have the option to publish for a full- year which gets you discounted rates and detailed reporting metrics. Next, we set up a geo-fence around your location. Snapchat uses this to show Snapchat geo-filter options to those users who are within your geo-fence.
Now, when users take a photo at your location, they have the ability to swipe right to add your filter to their photo. They can then share that branded photo with the world through their Snapchat, Facebook and Instagram accounts. You receive massive viral brand exposure at a minimal cost.

Dole Plantation – Social Media Reposts
Dole Plantation is one of Oahu’s most popular visitor attractions, best known for its delicious pineapples, having the world’s largest maze, and serving the world-famous Dole Whip. Dole Plantation is also home to the Pineapple Express train and an expansive marketplace filled with local merchants.
Team Vision recommended this social media repost campaign as an opportunity for Dole Plantation to build deeper relationships with its customers. The campaign is interwoven with our regular content features, and it provides us with a chance to add personality to the social media feeds by showcasing real visitors enjoying real Dole Plantation experiences. This campaign is great for overall branding, and it also adds a fun mix of engaging visitor photos which brighten up the visitor experience on our social media feeds. Ke Kailani
Ke Kailani Television Commercial
The sun-kissed Kohala Coast of the Big Island is a destination of immeasurable beauty, a sanctuary of nature’s elements in perfect harmony. Located within this paradise, on an exquisite oceanfront parcel of land in the world-renowned Mauna Lanai Resort area, you’ll find Ke Kailani.
Following the refresh of Ke Kailani, including updates to the communities amenities, pools, entry area and landscaping, Team Vision was tasked with concepting a :30 television advertising campaign to showcase the revitalization. In collaboration with Jeffery Colon (drone shooter and editor), we developed this :30 television commercial for Ke Kailani. In addition, we also created short version edits for social media channels and a long format drone video for use in our sales office presentation and other media. This featured video was also integrated into the home page of the new Ke Kailani web site as well as the interactive touchscreen presentation in the Ke Kailani sales office.

Pu’uwai Place Hawaii
FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM ADVERTISING – CASTLE & COOKE HAWAII
The social media marketing campaign featured below was recently developed for Pu’uwai Place, Castle & Cooke’s newest residential neighborhood located in Waipahu. Team Vision Marketing and Castle & Cooke have been working together for over 20 years on branding and marketing each new Castle & Cooke real estate community.
Team Vision created this featured Facebook and Instagram social media advertising campaign to promote Pu’uwai Place’s daily open houses in a new, fresh way. The ad creative features Pu’uwai Place homeowners which compliments the organic social media campaign that ran simultaneously. The ads asymmetrical layout creates strong visual interest that breaks through the clutter on peoples’ news feeds, and the layout is cohesive with the previous Open Daily Integrated Marketing Campaign.

Koa Ridge
Koa Ridge Groundbreaking Event
Koa Ridge will be Castle & Cooke Hawaii’s largest master-planned real estate development since Mililani. Located in Central O’ahu, Koa Ridge will provide around 3,500 new homes for Hawai’i families. Team Vision Marketing was called upon to design the Koa Ridge web site, various collateral, signage and enewsletter programs to support the November 2, 2017 Koa Ridge groundbreaking event.
On November 2, 2017, Castle & Cooke Hawaii’s Koa Ridge project officially broke ground. As the full-service advertising and marketing agency for Castle & Cooke Hawaii for the past 20 years, we were tasked with developing a variety of print, signage and collateral materials, and a web site, to support the Koa Ridge groundbreaking. Event and promotional elements included a custom SWAG gift item which consisted of a Waialua Estate Chocolate Bar packaged in a custom Koa Ridge wrapper design. Next, we recommended turning an old water tank sitting right near the site of the upcoming Groundbreaking event into a custom Koa Ridge mural which we concepted and designed and contracted an artist to paint. The mural became the focal point and served as the background in most media coverage. We also created printed display boards which included renderings and site maps of the future Koa Ridge project, and the new Koa Ridge web site served as the call-to-action in most communications pieces.
